How Property Rank makes money
Property Rank is a commercial business, and we think you should know exactly how it earns revenue. Commercial relationships never determine whether a genuine review is published, how it is moderated, or a business's Property Rank Score or organic ranking.
Business subscriptions
Property Rank Pro and Agency Pro give claimed businesses analytics, alerts, response tooling and widgets.
Software and tools
Review-invitation tools, benchmarking and reporting for property and strata businesses.
Qualified leads
Owners looking for a property manager and committees seeking strata proposals can be matched with providers who pay for the opportunity.
Consumer reports
Paid rental and property intelligence reports built from data Property Rank actually holds.
Advertising
Clearly labelled sponsored placements in dedicated slots.
Legal-service lead generation
Consumers with a genuine property dispute can be matched with independent legal providers who pay to participate.
Data and analytics
Aggregate, de-identified market intelligence products.
What money never buys
- A business cannot buy a higher Property Rank Score.
- A business cannot pay to remove, hide or suppress a genuine review.
- A business cannot pay to outrank a higher-rated business in an organic ranking.
- Paying customers get the same moderation rules as everyone else.
- Requesting legal help does not change how a review is treated.
- Reviewer identity and verification documents are never sold or shared without explicit consent.
Sponsored content rules
- All sponsored placements are labelled 'Sponsored'.
- Sponsored inventory sits in dedicated slots, separate from organic results.
- Sponsored placement never reorders an organic highest-rated ranking.
- A lower-rated business cannot appear above a higher-rated business in an organic list by paying.

About the reviews on this site
- Reviews on Property Rank are user-generated and describe the individual experiences and opinions of the people who submit them.
- Reviewers are responsible for the content they submit and declare that it is honestly held and true to the best of their knowledge.
- Property Rank does not endorse individual reviews and does not guarantee every factual assertion made in them.
- Verification confirms that a reviewer had the relationship they claim — it does not confirm every allegation in the review.
- Property Rank maintains moderation, review-challenge, report and legal-complaint processes, and acts on them.
