Information we collect
Account details, review content, structured ratings, verification evidence (such as a lease, bond record, rent receipt, utility record, correspondence, strata levy or management agreement), and technical data such as device and usage information.
Verification documents
Verification documents are used solely to confirm a reviewer's relationship or experience. They are not displayed publicly and are not shared with the business being reviewed.
Anonymous reviewing
Where a reviewer selects "anonymous publicly", their identity is withheld from the public profile. We may retain identity information privately for verification, moderation and legal compliance purposes.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers under contract, or where required by law or to respond to a valid legal process.
Access and correction
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where legally and operationally permitted, by contacting us at the registered address above.
