1. Reviews and content standards

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. Content must not be misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or disclose personal information of private individuals beyond what is reasonably necessary to describe the experience. We may request evidence of the relationship being described.

2. Verification badges

A "Verified Experience" badge indicates the reviewer's relationship or experience was verified. It is not a statement by us that every factual assertion within a review has been independently established.

3. Moderation

Reviews may be held as pending, placed under review, challenged, temporarily hidden, removed or rejected in accordance with our moderation policy. Businesses may report or challenge a review; reviewers may edit or withdraw a review where legally and operationally permitted.

4. Business right of reply

Claimed businesses may publish a response to any review on their profile. Responses are attributed and subject to the same content standards.
